Catherine and Grant were married June 1, 2024 at the most beautiful private island on Cross Lake. This venue, The Pavillion at Cross Lake was the perfect back drop for Mr. & Mrs. Pryor. Upon arrival, I was picked up by a pontoon boat to travel to the island. What a beautiful ride it was! From the minute I stepped off the boat, it felt like I stepped into the scene of a movie or chapter of a book. So serene! The girls were in the cabin finishing up their make up with Meka ( Her talent is incredible!). I started with capturing the details of the day, followed by pajama pictures, and Catherine getting in her stunning gown with the help of her sweet mom. The real fun started when we captured the bridesmaids. Each wore a different color dress and the pops of color was simply perfect.
The boys arrived on the island to quickly take their pictures and then the rain came. With the radar red zones quickly approaching, Catherine and Grant decided to get married a few minutes early to try to beat the storm. The officiant made the comment that he would make the short and sweet version of the already short ceremony. Honestly though it was short, it was still so sweet and they were finally MARRIED. The venue staff was on their game and pulled out all the stops.
After dinner, family pictures, and cake cutting, the party started. The dance floor was THE place to be all night and ended with a sparkler exit and beautiful firework display for a sweet surprise!!!
