HANNA + LUKE | THE BRIDGE COMMUNITY CHURCH RUSTON AND THE NORTON BUILDING

As I stepped into the Corner House Ruston, I was instantly captivated. The house was breathtaking, the bridesmaids were incredibly welcoming, and all the intricate details were perfectly arranged. Hanna’s mom warmly greeted me outside to assist with parking, seeing that parallel parking is definitely not my forte. Chad would have found it amusing to witness this moment, I was so proud and embarrassed that I texted him a picture. My wedding day routine always begins with capturing the intricate details. Hanna had the prettiest bouquet of flowers. Peonies are my absolute favorite and these were arranged beautifully. We captured the dresses in the beautiful bedroom at the airbnb, the bow detail had me swooning from the start. I could NOT wait to see this dress on Hanna.

Hanna’s mom helped her into the dress and then zipped her up in the gorgeous living room area in the house. Everything was perfect, and the moment between Hanna and her mom was so sweet. The ten bridesmaids were patiently waiting for the BIG reveal on the incredibly beautiful front porch. I love how much the bridesmaids loved Hanna.

After bridesmaids portraits, I ran to the reception venue to capture a few detail pictures. Tanya and her crew with Everything Artsy Events were working so hard to transform The Norton Building into an incredible party site. From the Florals to the huge Marque letters (Alpha Lit-Ruston), the place looked amazing.

On to the ceremony, I witnessed and captured the true joy and happiness that Hanna and Luke share. From the first look to Hanna walking down the aisle to her HUSBAND, it was a beautiful sight. I loved taking pictures with the couple after. They were so fun to be around, and their smiles radiated with joy. The sun was beaming behind the church and it made for really incredible portraits.

Entering into the Reception, Hanna and Luke held hands and ran down the staircase at The Norton Building into their first dances. The two enjoyed the most delicious dinner that some friends of Hanna’s parents prepared. Not only did this meal taste delicious, the display was second to none! The Cake from Social Bites had four different flavors. I had the blueberry and it was absolutely to die for, but the big hit was the Cinnabon! The night ended with a toast from the brides dad. His speech was so sweet and the champagne area was so neat. After, the couple danced and then had a sparkler exit that was so fun.

I really had an incredible time celebrating The Blacks. They were kind, genuine, and I wish them the most happiness! Thanks for having me capture your day! Here are some highlights.
